By using this website, buying a product or subscribing to a service from thedjpack, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and DMCA Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us or use your account.
3. Your license
Our digital products, including DJ crates, sound effects and edits, are licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased files for your own DJ performances.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files
- Upload them to DJ pools, websites, cloud sharing links or file-sharing platforms
- Include them in sample packs, remix kits or other products for sale
- Share your files or account access with other people
- Claim that you own or wrote the content
Your license doesn't cover public performance rights. You or your venue are responsible for any performance licenses that apply where you play. We may end your license if you break these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Monthly DJ Pool renews automatically each month, and you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. If we change the price, we'll give you reasonable notice before it applies.
5. Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, your access may be paused until the payment succeeds, and repeated failures may end the subscription.
6. Refunds and sale prices
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Sale prices apply until the end date shown and aren't applied to earlier purchases.
7. Downloads
Download links stay active for 90 days from the purchase date. Please keep your own backups, because we can't guarantee that a product will stay available after that time.
8. Accounts and acceptable use
You're responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure. Don't try to bypass download limits or security, interfere with the site, or use automated tools to scrape it.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, text and artwork belong to thedjpack or its licensors. Music and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", without guarantees that they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee any specific results from using them.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where our business is established, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and it applies from then on.
